Get paid when it sticks
When the business you introduced signs up and their first paid month sticks, you earn a flat referral fee.

What we pay

Fees are flat, per closed client, and paid after the first month sticks. The amount depends on the kind of business you introduce.

Everyday local businesses (salons, restaurants, gyms)$100
Trades and professional services (plumbers, dentists, realtors)$150
Specialty and high-value services (HVAC, med spas, attorneys, roofers)$250

There is no cap on how many people you can introduce.

Connector fees are independent of any real estate transaction and are not conditioned on the referral of settlement service business.

Connector Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the GridScore HQ Connector Program. By submitting an application and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

Independent contractor

You take part as an independent contractor. You are not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of GridScore HQ LLC. You have no authority to bind GridScore HQ LLC, to sign anything on its behalf, or to make any promise or representation for it. You are responsible for your own taxes on any fees you earn.

Scope of the program

Your role is to make introductions. You introduce a local business owner to GridScore HQ, and we take it from there. You do not sell, quote prices, set terms, or make representations about our service. We handle the demo, the pricing, the onboarding, and all support.

Referral fees

We pay a flat referral fee for each business you introduce that becomes a paying client, sized by the type of business as listed on this page. A fee is earned only after that client completes their first paid month. If a business you introduce never signs up, or signs up but does not complete a first paid month, no fee is owed. Fees are paid per closed client and are not commissions on ongoing revenue.

Non-circumvention

A business you introduce belongs to GridScore HQ as a prospect and client relationship. For twelve months after an introduction, you agree not to divert, steer, or refer that business to any service that competes with GridScore HQ, and not to interfere with the relationship between that business and GridScore HQ.

Independence from real estate transactions

Connector fees are independent of any real estate transaction and are not conditioned on the referral of settlement service business.

Confidentiality

You may learn non-public information about GridScore HQ, its pricing, and its clients. You agree to keep that information confidential and to use it only to make introductions under this program.

Ending the program

Either party may end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, with no notice required. Any fee you have already earned before it ends will still be paid.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
